Clearance kinetics of IRDye 800CW carboxylate. A single SCID mouse was injected with 1 nmol of non-reactive IRDye 800CW dye, and clearance monitored over time as indicated. Pseudocolor fluorescence is superimposed on a white light image. IRDye 800CW carboxylate dispersed rapidly and was completely cleared after 48 h. Originally published in Kovar, J., et al.
