磷脂PEG羧基（DSPE-PEG-COOH），(DSPE)共轭聚乙二醇是磷脂和聚乙二醇结合具有亲水性和疏水性。聚乙二醇磷脂脂质体形成优质材料,可用于药物输送、基因转染和疫苗传递。聚乙二醇化磷脂能**改善血液循环时间和稳定封装药物。DSPE-PEG-COOH是一种线性异双功能聚乙二醇化试剂，含有DSPE磷脂和羧酸，它是一种有用的自组装试剂，用于制备聚乙二醇化脂质体或胶束，同时提供COOH基团与含胺分子共轭这些材料还可用于靶向给药通过修改与目标表面配体如抗体、多肽。羧基（-COOH）可以很容易的和氨基形成稳定的酰胺键，也可以和羟基形成酯键。

Phospholipid peg carboxyl group (dspe-peg-cooh), (DSPE) conjugated polyethylene glycol is a combination of phospholipid and polyethylene glycol with hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity. Polyethylene glycol phospholipid liposomes form high-quality materials and can be used for drug delivery, gene transfection and vaccine delivery. Pegylated phospholipids can significantly improve blood circulation time and stably encapsulate drugs. Dspe-peg-cooh is a linear heterobifunctional PEGylation reagent, containing DSPE phospholipids and carboxylic acids. It is a useful self-assembly reagent for preparing PEGylated liposomes or micelles, and provides COOH groups to conjugate with amine containing molecules. These materials can also be used for targeted drug delivery by modifying the surface ligands such as antibodies and peptides. Carboxyl group (- COOH) can easily form stable amide bond with amino group and ester bond with hydroxyl group.
